Scenario Planning is a consulting service we offer that helps businesses anticipate and prepare for future uncertainties and challenges by developing and analyzing various plausible scenarios.

This exercise involves a review of the macroeconomic scenarios for a period of these countries and also come up with prognosis and implications across scenarios. The scenario planning will also examine the impact of the macroeconomic environment on the key industries in the economy as well as the organisation itself.
